I’m a farmer and a contemporary dancer. I love to cook and share meals. I value clear, proactive communication. I am someone who puts down roots and makes a house into a home- I bring lots of kitchen supplies and also artwork should common spaces need decorating. As a farmer I work long hours with early morning starts. I have a partner who is based in NYC so I will be away at least 1 weekend per month.

Washer-dryer and full kitchen are a must, as is lots of light; outdoor space appreciated.

I don’t bring parties home but I cherish like the ability to host a weekend guest or bring someone home for dinner.

Open to a room in a shared house, a studio, or a creative caretaker/land steward/gardener barter situation, or teaming up to find a place.

$650-900 budget, with the ability to stretch radius and budget for the right fit.
