Yes, you read my budget correctly.

For the past couple of years, I have been helping my step-sister out as a nanny, uncle to her grandkids, and general handyman. It works out well because she doesn’t have to pay for a housekeeper or babysitter; she knows the grandkids who live with her will be properly fed, the dishes will be washed and put away, floors swept, garbage taken out, etc, and roughly ten loads of laundry will be done per week (and yes, folded & put away).

However, this was supposed to be a temporary situation, and now, I need to get back to Winter Garden asap.

So… if you are looking for a roommate more out of the need not to live alone (you can afford the rent solo), or wish that you had someone who cleaned, did the laundry (and puts it away), ran errands, grocery shopped, and be a friend, I might be the one you are looking for.

So, let me know if you are looking for someone to help around the house, cook, clean, do the laundry, etc. I need at least four months rent free in exchange for helping out. Once back in Western Orange County, I WILL secure employment and pay my portion of the bills and rent.

Non-smoker and prefer you be as well, and I’m a dog type of guy.
