Hello! I recently did a quick move to a nice one bedroom in Midtown after my landlord needed to sell my last rental and I’m looking into buying out my lease and moving into a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath with a balcony if I can find the right roomie! I would prefer another young gay man like myself, but would equally consider all other queer folks. About me: I recently entered my 30s and my tastes have changed along with it. I am passionate about interior design, so I have also been swapping out the older furniture and art with better quality pieces slowly, but surely. I am also a plant dad. I cannot stand interiors without multiple plants. I work currently in the wedding design industry, but I have some lifestyle goals in the near future that require me to be pretty money motivated, so who knows what I’ll be doing even a year from now. I am single and while I have close friends, I don’t have them over to my place often and never have house parties. If anything a small early evening dinner party. I would prefer a roommate who is similar in that way. Would be cool if we hung out together at times, but obviously not required. Folks with bfs or gfs are fine, as long as they’re not staying over every single night. Must be big dog friendly (and recognize the life of living with a dog, i.e. dog hair shedding, etc). I have a very large American Bully named King. He is the biggest cuddle bug, but can also be excited especially when the leash comes out. As long as you pet him sometimes he gets along with all humans. He is an extremely socialized dog, though I would prefer he stay the only pet. His hair is enough to clean up lol. Would POSSIBLY consider another large dog owner who also kennels, but it would make finding a place even harder due to pet restrictions, but we may be able to make it work. I am very cannabis friendly and a daily smoker, though I definitely believe in having a window open and keeping my home smelling nice. I also drink, more socially than not. Rarely drink more than one or two when at home and not a daily occurrence either. I cannot tolerate people who are consistently drunk. Daily stoners absolutely welcome though! Haha. I am very particular about the location. It can be from river market to the plaza. No properties east of 71 or across state line. I would LOVE to live in one of the new apartments in the Crossroads Arts District due to the close proximity to social spots and a front seat to First Fridays!

I would like to move the first of September, but could push it to October or November. Let me know if interested! Aprox rent would be $700 each plus half utilities. Looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath unit with balcony and all the amenities of a modern apartment community (pool, gym, etc). Hmu if interested in grabbing a coffee to see if we’d make a good match!
