Evie & Autumn

hi, my names evie and i’m doing this ahead of time to try to find someone. My bestfriend and I are moving in together in september. We’re going to get a 3 bedroom house.. We are looking for a 3rd roommate to live with us. Preferably someone in their early 20s who’s clean and enjoys hanging out with us.

The budget is hopefully around 800 max for each of us.

Where looking in the summerlin/spring valley area, if we match ideas, i can show you the specifics I was looking at.

I have 2 cats they’re sweet babies very quiet and loving. She has a cat of her own. (we obviously are going to pay for our own pet deposits, don’t worry) Because we’re living in an house and already have 3 cats, I would prefer a roommate that’s pet free so it doesn’t get too crowded (unless it’s a lizard or fish or something). I also really hope you like cats.

We both love art and baking. I love to go hiking and i love baking and she loves cooking for everyone. we’re both baristas.

We are very friendly and I’m excited to move into a new space with her and meet new people :)
