Hi. So I’m interested in renting a room, loft, bungalow, converted garage, studio, etc.. I’m going through a divorce and just sold my house and unfortunately didn’t get very much for it, but I have a down payment, have never been evicted, and was a homeowner for several years until I decided to sell when my ex and I split last year, selling it in December of 2022. I run my own business as a mobile Automotive Computer tech and performance tuner (I travel to people and tune their street and race cars). I’m also very handy with tools and electronics, I can fix almost anything, and am very knowledgeable on many subjects, so I can come in handy around the house or property if needed. I’m quiet, well-mannered, and clean. I clean up my messes, keep to myself, and don’t like or throw parties beyond the occasional friend or two for a small bbq or movie night. I do have a little girl that would be by at least once per week, but she is very well-mannered like me. I live alone with no pets (my ex has my daughter and the animals until I get back into another private residence). I also am very everyone and everything friendly. As long as you don’t steal from me, do things to hurt or deceive me, or have ill intent, we are good. I’m a trained martial artist but non violent, protective of those I care about and good people around me. If I’m treated with respect, I pay it back tenfold.

I’m a private person and likely won’t disturb anyone in the house, am always willing to help where I can, and am just going through a rough patch in life. Not asking for a handout, just a hand. I’m mostly involved in my work, writing code, or otherwise keeping myself occupied.
