Hi, I’m David. I’m a pretty active guy who enjoys summer and winter sports from paddle boarding to snow skiing. Some of my hobbies include hiking, photography, and 3D printing. I keep my space clean and am looking for someone who does the same (especially the kitchen). I have a stable job with stable income and want someone in a similar situation that I can get along with. If we share some of the same hobbies, even better. I don’t smoke, but I do enjoy a craft IPA or a nice glass of red wine from time to time. I’m pretty easy going and don’t mind if things get loud for a movie or a football game. I do have a long time girlfriend who may spend the night once in a blue moon and I will do my best to communicate when I am having company over to the place. My girlfriend and I are both dog lovers, so no worries if you’d like to bring your floofer along with you. I don’t like the idea of having strict rules in a living situation, but I understand that not everyone is instinctively courteous to other people. If you have any particular preferences that you would like us both to follow in the living arrangement, I am open to discussing the general household etiquette.
