I am looking for a room in Brooklyn, but willing to move to Queens. Budget is around $700-750 preferably but can do $800 if utilities are included. I am an online student so internet or wifi connection is preferred, if not already included. I don’t mind if the room is small, as long as there is room for a desk if unfurnished. I’m not picky about amenities or any (reasonable) accommodations to current roommates that I may need to provide. I’m animal friendly!

About me: I am 27, I work as a Teacher’s Assistant so it’s fair to say that I’m not the party-type, and you won’t have to worry about any unannounced guests. I prefer to room with females, or atleast have females in the house if male-occupied as well.

I try to be a helpful, considerate and kind person to everyone. I clean up after myself, I cook once in a while. I pretty much keep to myself, but I’m open to making possible friendships with roommates :).

I try to communicate the best that I can (also open minded and receptive to receiving feedback) in order to maintain a comfortable cohabitation for everyone. I believe that is very important! Feel free to message me with a room listing or if you’re willing to look for apartments together!
