Ade, Ivan & Sophie

I (Ade, 21) am looking together with roommates (Sophie, 18, and Ivan, 21), so please read through properly!

We are looking for a house to make a (temporary) home, not too far from where we live now. We’re planning to move late January 23-26, 2024. Our budget is about 1,800 together, not including bills and other household expenses. We have furniture, so if you don’t, don’t worry! (but if you do, great! we can work something out!) We’re trying to team up to look for a house with a great yard and spacious kitchen, and are open to others requests as well!

We prefer female only roommates, but there will be a guy living there (Ivan), so it really depends. We’re also super open to making friends, but aren’t going to be upset if you’d prefer to stick to yourself.

I work a pretty much full time job most weeks, though my hours are changing, and am wanting to possibly go back to school sometime when I have more financial and timely freedom. Sophie works a full time job Mon-Fri and is off during most weekends. Ivan works at a Kemah local restaurant close to full time hours. That is all to say we have enough money to cover our ends of rent, bills, and food. When we are home, we prefer to keep the noise levels moderate and mindful. Me and Sophie both enjoy cooking and will happily make food for others if wanted! We also aren’t messy/dirty people, and would like to keep shared spaces clean. We all tend to get up early, and hope to find others considerate of early rising hours. We also don’t smoke (often) but don’t mind if you do, as long as it’s not inside of our home as the smell clings and lingers!
