19 Male in the Baymeadows Jacksonville area looking for a room for rent. Relatively low maintenance, you won’t hear much from me during the day since I work most days, and hours may vary from 9am to 10 pm. Usually I clean up after myself pretty well, since I can’t stand making a mess and just leaving it to stew.

Move in date is irrelevant since I technically don’t need to move out of my current apt until 3/17/2023. Time staying is also irrelevant since things happen and it doesn’t allow you to choose a lot of time, like say 4-6 months or 6-12 months.

Work in a kitchen, which means you know I got issues. I got social anxiety as well as Autism, which means you’ll rarely ever even see me leave unless I need to use the restroom, am going to work, or need to refill my water. Don’t really interact unless interacted with. Can get a little loud some nights when playing games with friends, but that for the most part is usually only maybe once or twice a week, for like an hour or two at a time.

Avid gamer, PC and sometimes console; PC is pretty beefy so willing to pay a little extra if power or AC is of any concern. Probably the only other hobby I have is the work DND group I am a part of. Also your friendly neighborhood nerd. I tend to fiddle around with my electronics as well as consume various sources of media.

ALSO, too many ‘alsos’, also, I am a writer. I write song lyrics and have been a failed book writer for several years. Other than a few other small quirks that are of little consequence, not much else needs to be known.

Mainly looking for a room because I am tired of the rising cost of rent affecting me adversely, especially since I don’t exactly make six figures. Message with any questions you got, I am mostly an open book; just with a few discolored and sticky pages. I am willing to do a background check if it is required, but for the most part if it isn’t necessary, I see no point in paying for it.
