i moved back to Colorado after being here for a year & knowing this is where im meant to be. 🗻 my pre-planned roommate situation fell through which that’s what lead me to this siteee.

i seek a room that has; it’s own personal bathroom, no dogs everrrr (i adore feline friends, i have no pets of my own) Most importantly: a women only residence.

💵 my range is $750 - $880

due to the urgency of my situation i have listed the amount that i can give right now today. i do understand preferring to wait, truuuust me I get it, & i am willing to as well. I will have the full amount + deposit by August 1st to September 1st depending on the amount.

My preferred move in date is July 26th yet this is flexible.
