Hey! I’m looking to room with one other girl somewhere in the southbay area or westchester, playa vista, playa del rey, and any place I’ve listed above. I’m looking for something long term and stable, I am a graphic designer and I have a dog named Benji who’s a jack russel terrier.

I would love to team up or find a place within the area that is spacious, has an in unit washer + dryer, allows pets, and 2 bathrooms, it would also be great if it had AC/heating (but we can’t have it all sometimes).
