I am a Graphic Designer full-time and freelance, so I am rarely home. I recently moved to San Diego from Charlotte, NC almost 2 years ago now. I am currently renting a room in the Chula Vista area on a month-to-month basis.

I am on here because truthfully I am growing more and more concerned with the quality of the house and space I am in. I am a very clean person and I just want to live in a clean and respectful environment. I pay my rent on time always, and even early most months.

I’m often on the go and I’m very clean as I mentioned. I have my own vehicle as well. You’ll barely know I’m there. I don’t smoke but I don’t mind if its a 420 home. I can be social with the roommates but I don’t have to be. I am ok with privacy and doing my own thing.

I’m open to chatting more and meeting to see if its a good fit.
