I’m easygoing so not much bothers me, but if there is a problem, I know how to address it respectfully. I’m considerate of shared spaces and a proactive cleaner. Also, I’m undeniably a night owl and would prefer to live with another one. You won’t have to worry about too many visitors. Oh and I work full time and have never been late on rent :)
