I’m am easy going and very quite. I pretty much stick to myself. I work from 12pm until 8pm mon-fri. I am very clean, always do my dishes. Actually I get paper plates from work so u would never find anything in the sink from me. Pretty much I just need a bedroom and thats where I do all my tv watching so you wouldn’t feel like ur place is congested because 90% of the time I just stay in my room when I’m home. I put down 6 months looking to stay but would be open to a longer arrangement. I don’t drink or smoke, not that I’m against it. Just not for me. I had a month to month lease that just got ripped up because my brother had to move in here from wales 10 months ago and as many times as I asked him not to smoke pot in the house because the ppl upstairs with kids didn’t like it, understandably. He just had no respect and now I’m scrambling trying to find a place for myself. Landlord just told me yesterday that he can’t renew the lease because of my brother. Hard to hear that right b4 the holidays. After being here for 9yrs with no issues. Put a big damper on things for the holidays to say the least. It you have and questions feel free to reach out. Also sorry for the horrible photo, haven’t been sleeping well since the news. My budget would be $500 to $600 a month. Would like to stay in the $500-$575 range. Thanks and have a nice evening
