I’m very clean, quiet and friendly. I have a dog and a cat. I keep to myself and my pets are very well behaved. I have a few friends in Parker that I’ll probably spend time with on the weekends and would like to have over if okay with my roommate. Coming out of a long relationship and need a roommate so I can save money to eventually get my own place. I work remote during the weekdays for a non-profit housing assistance organization. I’m definitely okay with becoming friends with my roommate. I like to cook and bake and just hang out. Females only please. Not too particular about lifestyle as long as my roommate is respectful of mine. I have furniture of my own so would prefer unfurnished. Would ideally like to start at a new place with someone rather than move in with someone at their residence.
