Daniel

Hey there, my name is Daniel (he/him) and I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, clean, possibly young(?)and LGBT friendly (I’m homoromantic/bisexual). I’m looking for any 1-2 bedroom spaces (preferably with an in-unit washer/dryer) near downtown SD (where I work) or transit stops. I will require some kitchen space for some equipment I have as well.

I normally keep to myself but I’m happy to be friends with you if you’d rather not be strictly ‘roommates!’ I try to keep my space and my living spaces pretty clean and pretty tidy and I would prefer if you did the same. I’m pretty open to having people over should you ever want to invite someone over and would like to have the same green light as long as both my guests and yours are clean and respectful. My work schedule changes week to week but when I’m home I’ll probably be gaming, drawing, or sleeping so I’ll never be too noisy.
