Very handy with maintenance issues and or carpentry issues. Was in construction for almost 40 years. I can get along with just about anybody and very non-judgmental about everything. A very good cook and don’t mind house chores. Cat is 10+ years old and very friendly. Lived with 3 German Shepherds. Can stay in room if needs be.
