I’m a 40 yo Female, young at heart. Im easy to get along with, know how to take a care of a property and very respectful. I own a home and know what it’s like to open it up to someone else. I lay low during the week, just work, work out, go for walks and on my weekends I like to venture a little further out and go snowboarding or mountain biking. I spend a lot of time with my dog who is in her senior years. We go for long walks and/or seek out new trails and scenic views. My dog doesn’t do well with other dogs, so she would need to be the only dog/animal in the home. I’m open to just about anything, if it’s just a room and shared bathroom or if it’s a private casita. Doesn’t matter to me, like I said I’m pretty easy going.
