Hi I am Nick. I am quiet, polite, kind, and professional. I have a 10 year old 55lb. Plott hound mix dog. I lived in my previous residence for over 10 years with no problems. I used to run my own company for 12 years but will be going back to work for someone else due to problems with my business partner. I have never been in trouble in my life, so I won’t have any trouble passing background checks. I am looking for an unfurnished room. I have no problem helping in and around the house doing what is needed. I am an introvert and will be at home when not working. I like to play games on PC, read scifi novels, and bake fresh bread. I do not smoke cigarettes, drink, or do hard drugs, but I vape ecigs outside and I am cannabis friendly.
