I’m Frankie and I’m looking for a new home! I’m finishing up a master’s degree in Ayurveda and work as a chiropractic/sports med assistant, Reiki + Ayurveda practitioner, and herbal product maker. I grew up in the East Bay and am looking to find a spot in the Richmond Annex area, Berkeley, Albany, or Oakland. I’m looking for a spot with easy access to bus and/or Bart and am ready to move in March or April. Open to existing spaces or finding people who would like to find a spot together, max budget is $900.

I love yoga, backpacking, climbing, and movies! I enjoy having friends or a date over 2ish x a week and don’t mind roommates who like to do the same. I value open communication, moderate cleanliness, and consideration in housemates. I’m mostly sober and would prefer a roomie who didn’t smoke in the house. Ideally, would love a vegetarian, queer home <3

Most importantly - i’ll be bringing along my pup Claire. She is quiet (doesn’t bark at all), cuddly, and sweet! I work in Berkeley and it would be amazing to live with someone who works from home and wouldn’t mind giving her attention and a bathroom break during the day (1-2x in a typical day). Would be very happy to pick up extra house chores in exchange, Claire is real lovable and past roommates have always loved the extra time with her (:
