I am a veteran. I am clean, respectful, fun to be around, balanced, and dedicated to my studies and routine. I ride motorcycles, like to fix stuff, and explore urban and natural settings. I have a male, indoor-only, orange Bengal cat named Cheddar; he’s two and very friendly, ok with dogs, less with female cats, and fine with supervision. He really is a distinguished gentleman - preferably he would be the only pet in the home. I’m looking for six-seven months of accommodation - long enough to complete my studies. I am available to move in February 2023.

I am looking for a furnished room, bills included, month-month, and one small spot in the garage for my Harley. I am willing to pay half rent upfront, as one chunk, at the rate of $500 per month. I come with references from roommates and my current landlady.
