I am a senior citizen looking for a quiet room to rent. I am quiet & clean up after myself. I also like to cook. No foot traffic. Or parties. I am looking for a private room with private bath or mother-in-law type unit. Washer, dryer. I do not smoke or drink. My dog is small, quiet, and “old” like me! Her name is “Stormi” and she is a rescue. Rent is negotiable depending on room, amenities, and location. I am in the process of relocating to the Phx area to be closer to my daughter. Meanwhile, I DO reside in Camp Verde until January 30th, 2023. I am looking for a short term stay of any where of 1 to 3 months. If you are currently renting a dwelling from a “landlord”, and you are advertising a room for rent, I would need verification that “sub leasing” is permissable. Thanks for understanding.
