Single part time father looking for a room/shop even garage for my studio to rent my son is 12 and would stay with me on weekends I work two full time jobs one at a factory the other as a Leathersmith/ alterations and clothing repair so I am gone most weekends with my son doing events. I don’t drink or smoke I work alot and dont know anyone so I wouldnt have visitors. I am very outgoing and have a good personality! Best part is if you ever need leather or fabric repair I will accomadate you at no cost! Im just thankful for the work space for my crafts. I am very low maintainence and would be happy with anything as long as its a safe place for my child and no drama! Thank you for your time!
