My maximum budget is $800/inc. I’m just looking to find affordable housing. A partially/furnished room would be great. But not necessary. Seeking: bedroom, laundry facilities, private bath/ shared bath with 1 person only, wifi access, utilities included in rent, parking (preferably 2). Ideally I would like to have the option of having a mature, employed/ housed, respectful, guest visit?

I am a FT low level healthcare worker. I changed agencies 12/19/22.
I keep to myself. I live a simple life. I might cook occasionally. I watch movies, documentaries, etc, and crochet lately. I smoke and I do that out in my car…and usually watch a movie at the same time. I have a small 6-10lb terrier mix senior dog. He is my registered ESA companion w/ letter from Dr with ESA number. He comes to work with me and is with me at all times.
