My name is Beverly and I’m 67 years young at heart. I’m looking for a furnished room on the first floor around $800 all inclusive. I’m retired so I’m financially stable. I’m wanting to move by 5/1.

I’m very pet friendly so no problem there if you have pets. I still enjoy life! I don’t mind people younger than I am, keeps me young too! I go with the flow 99% of the time, and I do love to be around people and yet I’m an introvert. My “introvertedness” (is that even a word?) will show at times and that’s when I’ll excuse myself and retreat to my room for regrouping lol.

I keep to myself for the most part. I am a homebody and love to read, cook, watch TV, cross stitch, listen to music (from Classical to Pentatonix to Disturbed) and love dogs (which I don’t have right now).

I am straight, but am quite comfortable with anyone LGBTQ+. I’m flexible and open-minded on just about everything. Been that way ever since I can remember! I am a quiet person so no wild parties here! I did my wild stuff 40 years ago.

I enjoy conversation, love to laugh and my sense of humor is quite dry. Family comes around rarely (I go to them lol) and my son comes up about once a month and we catch dinner and a movie!
