45yo professional man with stable income and excellent credit scores, I work in the technology/healthcare field, hybrid work about 70% in the office and 30% remote (from home), fully COVID vaccinated and boosted and I get tested weekly at work. I’m super respectful, trust worthy, quiet, and friendly. I love everything outdoors, sports (running and surfing mostly), and healthy eating. I never smoke and don’t stay in places where smoke is present. I drink water every day but I rarely drink alcohol, and if I do, i drink very little, for the taste only, so the chances you see me walking home intoxicated are absolute zero. Looking to rent a room in a quiet, smoke-free home, can’t live with pets although I love them; pet hair is my only allergy.
