Hi! I’m Frederick 👋 I’m looking for people to share a home together with my two cats and whoooole lot of stuff. I would be open to pre-existing living situations, as well as teaming up and finding our own! I am currently trying to move ASAP (Dec/Jan/Feb) in order to escape a very unhealthy living situation. I would preferably like to live somewhere near Boston (or a place with colleges) so I can find other academically inclined people.

I work remotely as a Machine Learning and Software Engineer, so I end up spending a ton of time at home. I would strongly prefer to have dedicated office space to work in and that is why my budget is so high, but if that’s not feasible then I would probably set up shop in my bedroom.

It is VERY important that we are able to live in a place that we can get symmetric 1000/1000Mbps fiber internet. I am also hoping we could secure a place where I could have a dedicated office space. I have a lot of computer equipment that I use for work and my hobbies.

I set my budget as $1800 but that is flexible. I just want to ensure that there is enough space for myself, my stuff, and kitties! I’d prefer to find a place that is not too loud or busy, but that might not be possible.

I’m looking to stay for around 6 months, though I may stay longer month-to-month if possible. I am hoping to apply to grad school this season if I am able to find the time in my very busy schedule, so my plans past 6 months are a little up in the air right now.

Stuff I’ve accumulated that I could bring into our shared space:

• 65“ TV
• Soundbar (& Sub)
• Espresso Machine

I have a car so that’s something to factor in. I’d prefer to bring to if possible, especially since I’m considering finding another job more local.
