I keep a clean space and am respectful of others’ space and energy. Occasionally I travel around the country for work, but when I am home, I can easily keep to myself or be sociable. I don’t currently drink but don’t mind those that do. I prefer a drug-free and smoke-free household. In between work travel, I like to recharge outdoors, romping around the wilderness and am open to adventurous roommates who’d like to join :)

*I currently have a 6 yr old foster dog in my care, that I’m prepared to move with if he hasn’t found his forever home by then.

**Ideally I would like to be able to work with 1-2 client dogs in the home I will reside in, as boarded training is in high demand right now. I am very structured in my routine, dogs aren’t left unattended in my care, and it’s a service I have professional history with offering. But I fully understand limitations and respect any rules the homeowner may have against this. My business, myself, property I am on, and my landlord are covered in the business insurance I have. I’m more than happy to sit down and discuss coverage options as needed.
