Looking for a bedroom with private, clean, larger bathroom. I am flexible, & believe in clear communication to allow for the owner of the property to be happy, as well as the roommates. Willing to try short-term, or long-term depending on other factors. $1,900 is the higher end of my budget because I do not require much and I would see it as a big plus if you have something at a lower cost, & I could often be available for house-sitting or pet-sitting. I am responsible, have good credit, etc. I am single; I was married & divorced many years ago, and I am a single dad of a university student who is graduating and moving to a great job at another city. I have an office and family in the area, where I would spend much of my time. This is my first post here, so thank you for understanding and patience. I don’t smoke, don’t do cannibis, and do not have pets, but I am flexible to those things depending on other details. Thank you.
