Very active guy. Just turned 30 years old! I love to bike, play volleyball and surf! I go to F45 in Manhattan Beach as well. I’m a real estate agent at Marcus and Millichap and out of the house roughly 10 hours per day. Been living in Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach the last 5 years and originally from Laguna Beach. If I’m not visiting family on weekends I’ll be hanging out in the South Bay. Very clean and organized. I have the sweetest Boston Terrier named Lucy! She’s 5 years old and is the best cuddle buddy ever! Where ever I rent, I would need for my dog to have outdoor access so she can go potty while I’m not home. I’ve found houses to be the best fit as they have a back yard or closed off patio. She never goes potty in the house, but I cannot say the same if she was locked inside for 10 hours while I’m at work.
