My background: *Former Major Domo • Estate Manager for a private family. Former owner (10 yrs) of a garden center. A (15yr entrepreneur) of an import company of Italian artisan products from Naples Italy … (brick wood fired ovens) including other artisan cafe and bakery equipment (dough mixers, pasta machines and charcuterie slicers). Specific items for artisan pizzerias & Italian Restaurants.

Currently I am a Private Chef for families with my wood fired ovens at their estates around North America which I enjoy bookings for major events in wood fired cooking a few times a year. Large scale 200+ guest count events is my specialty.

My energy and effort is easy going, gentle, quiet, spotless! That said, looking for similar cohabitation and flow. I’m familiar and understand NDA agreements with certain situations.
