Hi I’m Joi! I’m a 22 year old neurodivergent Afro-latine. I work at the post office so I’m not home for long. When I am home I like to chill out and watch lets plays on YouTube, listen to music, or cook. I keep communal spaces clean because I know not everyone is okay with clutter. I enjoy watching movies and listening to all kinds of music and try to bond with people through that. I’m very quiet before you get to know me and I always try to be mindful of my volume at nighttime because I don’t like to disturb people. I’m good with nights out or quiet nights in. I’m looking for roommates that are poc and/or queer preferably but I can get along with most people! I try to pay my rent/have enough well in advance because I don’t like being behind when it comes to bills. I love animals so I’m good with people with pets. I’m very respectful with boundaries and try to form relationships through open and honest communication it just makes everything easier. I’m very kind and compassionate and understanding and I like for my home to be a safe space of peace and love.
