I have had to have quite a few roommates over the years and because of that I believe I am very well equipped to say that I am the best kind of roommate that you can have. I am quiet I clean up after myself I’m respectful and I pay my rent on time. I do have three kids my oldest is 21 and lives in South Dakota my youngest is 18 months and she would be coming to visit one or two nights a week at the absolute most along with her mother my youngest son is almost five and would hopefully be visiting as well but probably only Once a month or so and most of these visit’s would be at the park or taking them to the zoo or somewhere fun during the day possibly would stay a night here and there
