I have a job waiting for me in gunnison, just looking for a room to rent until my wife, my son and I can find a house to purchase and move up to the area. I will help clean, help with remodels and taking care of whatever is needed around house or property. I would only be staying during the week and traveling home for the weekend, possible stay on weekend depending on work. I already have a house payment so I’m trying to stay as cheap as possible and it would be a temporary stay. Maybe a couple to a few months.
