Getting ready to close on a house in early February. Looking for responsible roommate or roommates. No smoking or heavy drinking at all. I don’t mind if you have company from time to time but no party or crowding of the house. Pets are ok as long as they are well behaved, don’t damage the property, and get along with my dog.
