I have two aussies. They aren’t familiar with cats. They were sheltered but aren’t aggressive. They have been meeting and staying with other dogs and have had no problems. I wouldn’t want to meet an aggressive dog. I would like a fenced yard for myself a clean house. I left my furniture and appliances in Idaho. I’m from San Diego. I have nice belongings and decorations and will buy new furniture if needed. I am very clean and can’t handle hoarders or unclean homes. I prefer no carpet. I am willing to go up in price if a roomie wants to look together. I can come up with deposit. My credit sucks. It due to medical bills and a bill I got stuck with when my ex-husband went and died. (Bless his soul) I was a finance manager for new car dealerships in San Diego for 14 years. I was a bartender for 20 years before that. I am single. No drugs. But I am 4/20 friendly for sure. I am a social drinker. I am active (kayak, mountain bike, snowboard, run etc) I am a great decorator and cook. I am also funny. Not religious but am spiritual. I went to catholic school. I have two grown kids. Healthy hard working clean kids.
