I just obtained employment in Southern California and will keep my home in Central Texas. I am looking for a “home base” in the Vista/Escondido/Carlsbad/San Marcos area. I will be traveling two to three weeks out of each month, so only actually “home” less than half of each month. I am looking for a quiet place to hang out when I am in town.
