29 year old adult male. Professional, clean, quiet, and considerate. I work, go to the gym, and take my dog on runs so i would hardly ever be home to begin with. I have a 2 year old German sheperd, hes young and has lots of energy but is very well behaved and friendly with other dogs. I have a place for him to stay if he is an issue. Im going to be living in San Diego for the next 4 years and just need a cheap place for a month or two to get established and find a more permanent residence. I am a handy man and would be willing to help with home projects ect. Im also open to long term living. Move date is as soon as possible
