I am a fairly large guy, just looking for a place to rest my head and work on the next great American Novel with my cat, the loveable Siamese butthead named Tanner. I primarily work afternoons and evenings at Home Depot, and am willing to share a house or apartment with anyone who doesn’t mind Classic Rock to fall asleep to and the occasional PC or Switch gaming session. Someone artistic or creative is an added bonus for me, as I love to discuss ideas for my writing with like minded personalities. Otherwise, I tend to keep to myself, rarely to never have people over, and will respect your space and shared spaces if you can tolerate clutter in mine. I do consider myself to be a little bit of a web gremlin, so I spend more time than I should geeking out on my computer. No problem with smoking or Marijuana use in your space, if it’s my day off I might even indulge in the latter (not a requirement though!). Finally, pay is very negotiable, but I would like to have a good idea of how the budget is divided before agreeing to increases in my share of rent and utilities.
