My name is Jamie. I am a home health occupational therapist in Loveland. I am from CO and love the outdoors, sports, music, and escaping for road trips when able. I have close family and friends in this area. I would prefer to have a room with a separate entrance, private bathroom, and kitchenette. I prefer to have my own space, as my job sometimes has different hours than normal business hours. I am not looking to be close friends with roommates, but I am kind, friendly, and respectful of others. I do have a large, gentle giant sweet dog that is good with other pets, people, and children of all ages. He does not necessarily need a yard, as he is older, but I would prefer a small are for him. I would prefer not to live with children. I can provide a background check, provide character references for myself and my dog, if you have the right place. Please reach out soon if interested. I am available to move in before 11/1, but would ideally prefer a later move in date. I am open to places that would let me rent either month to month or another 6 months, after the initial lease. If you have the right place, rent is negotiable.
