Budget: My budget is $2500/mo. I’m currently over-budget in a $3200 1/1 in Fenway. I’m ideally looking to split a nice 2/2. Apartment must-haves [nice-to-haves]: • 30 minutes by T [or by foot] from Back Bay (departing at 9:30 am on a weekday) • Private bedroom [and bathroom] • Safe area [with an apartment front door inside a secured building] • Shared living area [or extra bedroom] • Heat [and AC, plus a backup generator] • Excellent internet [or gigabit ethernet] • Nearby laundromat [or washer and ventilated dryer] • Street noise in bedroom < 45 dB [with thick walls] • May-September move-in [ideally June 1]
