Ive trying to buy my first home and the process is taking forever. Looking for month to month, could pay first and last month. I’m clean and courteous, especially in shared areas. I get along with everyone and people usually get along with me too. If i were to be graded on a chill factor scale I’d say I’m super duper chill. Chiller than most, no doubt.
