I’m friendly and outgoing but also like to keep to myself. Happy to help out around the house/yard. I prefer peace and quite. I do my best to keep any activity noise down to a minimum regardless of time of day. I am a creature of habit and routine - I keep belongings in order and clean up after myself. (clean kitchen & bath is a must but I’m not a fanatic) My dog is a 14 y/o, 10 lb Yorkie - rarely barks once she gets to know her surroundings/people (except if you’re a delivery person.) I walk her 3 x a day and always clean up after her. (pet peeve - stepping in doggy deposits!) I am looking to live in a nice neighborhood where loud engines, motorcycles, and illegal fireworks are not the norm. A neighborhood with a sense of community and pride. Happy to do verification/background check upon request. A little more about me: I came to this area to be closer to my son & grandson. I enjoy hiking & exploring the area parks w/my dog.
