Hi I’m Katie A little about me:

• respectful but I keep to myself, and I’m pretty laid back
• I like animals so I don’t mind if my roommates have pets
• I would like the freedom to have guest (s)overnight (my max amount of guest at a time is usually just one ( I always make sure I’m respectful with noise volume )
• I am very considerate and accommodate to different living style
• I do have a car (I will need free parking that is not street parking (unless there’s lot of free street parking spaces)
• I do prefer a Furnished place !!!
• Hobbies: hiking, cooking/baking, photography, thrift shopping, , traveling trying new food
