I’m Hector I’m from Laredo TX been living in Austin for 7 years. I am easy-going, nice, caring and responsible guy. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either at parks or bars. On the weekends, One of my favorite things to do is check out coffee shops, I love coffee.

I’m a Architectural Project Designer, and I work a normal 8-5pm schedule. I work from home 2-3 days out of the week.

‍I’m a pretty social person, I would love to have be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I would like to find a roommate that might want to occasionally have a game night or a cook out at times.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I am sometimes a neat freak and have to do dishes every day. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

My monthly budget is between $1000-$1250, and I’m looking to move in sometime during beginning of next year. I’m hoping to find a place near downtown, I would like my own bedroom, and I’m open to living with 1 person.
