I co-own a Ninja Warrior/Parkour gym in San Dimas called Movement Lab, where I coach at every day. Currently live in East LA and looking to move closer to my gym. I constantly compete in Ninja Warrior competitions and have been on the show American Ninja Warrior for 6 seasons. I spend most of my time at my gym, either teaching classes, training or setting up so wouldn’t be home too much besides sleeping and getting ready for work. I do tend to arrive late (around 2am) but I can make sure to come in quietly and not make much noise before going to bed later. I’m friendly and keep to myself a lot so wouldn’t be a disturbance.
