Hello, my name is Tigger (I go by Shannon) and I am looking for a roommate to co-sign on a lease with me for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with air conditioning in NE Salem available on June 1st. Preferably female, with good credit, and no previous bad history with Sommerset Management. I found this apartment and was going to be roommates with my ex, but it is just not working out, and he can’t afford to pay for any of the apartment rent anyway. So I am looking for someone clean, dependable, and quiet, since I work nights full time and need the daytime to sleep. The monthly rent will be $1,450, and includes everything but electricity. So you’d be paying $725 rent and half of the electricity, since we’d be going halvsies on the bills. You’d get your own private bedroom and bathroom, and would only have to share the kitchen and living room area. You’d also only be responsible for cleaning up after yourself, as I am a very clean person who doesnt like making messes. No pets, instruments, or water beds allowed (weird I know, but I don’t want to lose out on this apartment, and they mentioned this on the application ). I personally smoke cigarettes, and am 420 friendly, but I do not smoke indoors, and I don’t think the rental property allows for indoor smoking anyway. No couples, sorry. Might make an exception for an LGBT couple, provided they identify as female. No men please.
