I am a Healthcare Professional coming to Live Oak/Santa Cruz for work. I love to travel and Cali has been my favorite in the states. I am quiet, friendly and neat. I am looking for a quiet place and roomie, preferably private bath. I am looking to work nights, so I will sleep during day and will not be in the way. Things may change with work, so I am hoping to have a roomie with flexibility to stay longer if needed. Hoping to do a month to month option if that is a option, as assignment can be cancelled. I have had background checks frequently required for work( last finger printed 6/15/23).
