I’m a quiet, introspective introvert that minds his own business. I’m a post-op trans guy that gets along well with everyone (legal name change has yet to be completed. Legal dead name still on ID). I’m open and friendly, but prefer to keep to myself.

Noise: I respect neighbors by wearing headphones or using other soundproofing methods so that excessive noise will never be an issue. I don’t typically raise my voice unless excited.

Organization: I tend to own multiple bins for trash and take it all out at once, depending on the level of it. I have a specific place for everything, and prefer things to be where they belong. A dishwasher isn’t required, but if we’re to live together, the kitchen should be clean.

Lifestyle and hobbies: I’m an artist, author, designer and gamer. Most of my hobbies are digital. I enjoy cooking and mixology as well. I very rarely have visitors or company, if ever (although this doesn’t mean I protest those visiting my roommate). I communicate mostly through online means. I am drug-free (with the exception of the rare puff of cannabis), and will have the occasional beer, but am trying to abstain. I take medications and see a therapist for mental health, which is managed well. I do not smoke, but accept that others might, as long as it isn’t near me or in my room. I prefer a fellow LGBT+ roommate, but an ally is just as acceptable.

Work Schedule: Early mornings to mid-afternoons. Early sleeper, early riser.

Pets: I own three cats that must stay with me, non-negotiable. Cats would stay in the room with me and would not wander the whole home. Litter is cleaned daily and they are very well-behaved.

Space: I don’t need a lot of space. In fact, I’m more comfortable in small areas, as long as there’s enough room to fit a shelf or two, a bed and my computer desk. A studio is fine, perhaps even preferable. 300-400 square feet should be enough.
