I currently live in Santa Fe and work at LANL as an archivist. I’ve been here for almost a year and am originally from the east coast. I’m looking to team up with a roommate when my lease ends in August and move into a house in town (I currently live in an apartment). I have a lot of furniture, so I can’t move into an already furnished house. I’m open to paying more in rent than my roommate – my budget is around $1.5k/month. I’m pretty quiet and enjoy cooking/baking, movie & game nights, reading, and chill hang outs. Keeping common spaces clean is important to me, and I’d need my roommate to be LGBTQ+ friendly.
